I have changed my rating from 5 to 3 stars. At first I was happy to get a brand that used fewer chemicals. But the result is not as good as my old Cascade Complete Reserve. I have tried quite a few as an alternative and also to improve the results of this product. It's just a pain in the neck, so I went back to Cascade. They're fine, but they don't mix well with drinking glasses, and I'm a perfectionist for clear, clean glasses. I say: try the bag and see how they are for you. I have sulphurous well water that we filter so your water may react differently and give you a better result. I swear by Mrs. Meyer's liquid dish soap and liquid hand soap. They are amazing.
