I bought this product to fix a small chip on the edge of our quartz countertop. After mixing the two components - glue and hardener - the resulting mixture was too thin to apply to a vertical surface where the chips were located. I waited for the mixture to start gelling and was eventually able to get the mixture to stick to the surface. However, due to the sticky and difficult to apply consistency, I had to add more than I wanted to ensure I filled the gap left by the chip. After a few hours, the patch hardened, but at the same time began to change color from transparent to yellow. Since the table top is white this wasn't a good solution but I figured after sanding off the excess patch it might look ok. However, after too much trouble (due to the thickness of the plaster I had to apply initially due to the consistency of the material) the end result was as bad as I feared: a yellow stain on a brilliant white countertop. So in the end I removed the patch and decided it was a lot easier to live with the chip.
