Review on Cruiser Accessories 73400 Bubble Shield by Nathan Jankowski

The first thing I had to do when I received this was to make sure it was really blue. Mine are VERY light blue; There are no photos of sellers, not even close. I had to open it up and put it against a clean white wall to see if it was actually painted blue. I'm not thrilled with this product but it protects against inclement weather/UV rays. The plastic also looks a bit "wavy" and fuzzy. Doesn't affect the reading of the plate but if you hold it up to a light or the light hits it directly during installation you can see the wavy nature of the plastic. I tried to capture it in a photo but it's quite dark and doesn't photograph well. I was able to capture the effect on my number plate (shown in the pictures when actually uploaded). I ordered two of these, one arrived damaged, I will be returning at least one of them. I have to clarify that I'm happy with everything except the color. It didn't meet my expectations at all. Also, I don't see any way to put a license plate frame on this plate. You can put a very thin, very flat frame under the cover, but I don't see the point of it. If I were to order a protector again I would probably choose a different brand.
