MOBILE PHONE, MOBILE PHONE. NOT suitable for stands and mobile bases

It holds my table saw perfectly, but the design of the casters is incredibly poor. None of the four can spin a full circle, so the ability to spin them is VERY limited. It's completely useless for movement (isn't that why it's called "mobile"?). UPDATE: Revised and new lockable castors installed on the underside. It's two inches taller, but it's MY saw. For your health.
