The ease of use, ability to customize it for your needs is great! It has helped our employees get back up in running so fast that we have not had any issues with downtime since implementing this system about 2 years ago!! Very easy software setup (we did all ourselves) as well very quick implementation time - 1 day or less from start date. Nothing really but I'm sure there will be some small issue at first when trying something new like how they do things differently then what you are used too; however after learning/getting help everything went smooth sailing afterwards. !
