I mounted an aluminum protection on the trailer ramp. Used 4 of these to coat aluminum. Great grip and withstands the abuse I experience loading Harleys and hauling stuff up the ramp. This ramp used to be very slippery, especially when wet, and now it holds up very well. Make sure I clean the aluminum plate of any oils that may be on it from the factory before applying the anti-slip tape. I know this is for skateboards, but sometimes you have to think outside the box.
