It was a dream come true that turned into my worst nightmare.1) I made a backup when I installed the software. My computer crashed and I lost data. Of course I have a backup - NO! The program has a function to disable backup. SMART, the geniuses who designed it thought it was hidden somewhere and I never saw it. WHO in their right mind would want to disable backups? In the end you can just adjust the setting where you set the backup if you don't want to backup anymore. So I lost ALL my data! 2) The suitcase was FULL. I plug it into my computer and the program smartly tells me it's full and I need to DELETE it. I click DELETE. I lost ALL my data again. I've never seen such ABSURD software design in my entire life. Now it's going in the trash, it's useless.
