I opened this a few weeks ago so a few months after I received it. The tank is not fixed because it is broken. It appears to have been used or tried before. I bought it as a Daily Deals item which I regret. This humidifier might be fine, but mine came to me broken at least now. I know I need to open and inspect the packaging in case they are damaged. I can't return it now because I bought it a few months ago.
