This item was on my wish list for a while before I bought it. I tried it for the first time today. What a disappointment. The handles will not lift/open. You have to hold them with one hand and put the food on the stand with the other. If you want something that can hold both hands, you can't get food there even with the handles up. The legs are higher than most coasters and the handles are too long for my 6 liter instant pot. They protrude beyond the edge of the inner pot. After removing the handles it can be used as a regular stand, but that's not what I bought. The handles look like they're going to be difficult to detach without bending the fuck out of the stand, so I might as well just throw them in the trash.
