Not very strong for my opinion
Should be sturdier. When you pull the light down, it bends the bracket to 90 degrees from the can. Should hold up to pushing the light up and then pulling it down. Disappointing strength for something that should be a little stronger for not much additional cost.
- Prevents sagging of the downlight cans
- May require special tools to install
