No Hydration best in Shampoo & Conditioner

The product did not moisturize my hair like you can feel or see it. It made my hair "spongy" and voluminous. I have a perm and thought the product would help with dryness but it doesn't. I used it twice and ended up throwing everything else away. Waste of money and hair is not hydrated or soft. If it was not intended for use on hair containing a relaxant, it should have been labeled as such on the container.
