Very easy installation. Easier than you think. I missed a part for the installation, I showed a photo, this is what I call the purple/dark red part. I had no sound, tech support was great. I now have fantastic sound and a better radio than my 2015 Highlander JBL Limited. I showed what the old radio looked like. Toyota makes a cheap plastic screen. This radio works fine. Watch some videos on how to pull out the radio. Be gentle, everything comes out. I searched the radio for several months, they left all the questions that could not work with the Highlander. This radio answered all my questions, I was sure it would work in my SUV.
