I work in the HVAC industry and needed a backpack style tool bag that was durable enough to carry up high stairs. I chose this little bag because of the hard bottom, thinking it would last a long time. I loved the bag. But after 11 months of use, the bag tears where the backpack straps are sewn onto both straps at the bottom. A few zips broke, all zips work. I was hoping to get another 6 months before such problems arise. I too will upgrade the VETO bag if I can afford it. Disappointed with this bag
