Having spent more money on cheap and not so cheap injectors like I did on this one, I wish I had seen it first, simply the best investment in quality grilling I've used it at almost every meal and everyone has been amazed at how juicy, moist and flavorful it all comes out. Being able to make a deep brine in meat that regular brine just can't do is unrealistic and no need to wait all night, I just make it a dry brine and squirt for about an hour, then add a few extra spices just before smoking/cooking and it's the best I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and skip reading the reviews and buy this, get the kit and you won't need anything else, the attachments that come with the kit will do everything from chicken drumsticks to turkey and pork. Easy to clean and so easy to use a caveman could do it.
