110/120VAC ONLY! in tools and equipment
I had a CTEK charger in a past life and I have to admit they are excellent battery chargers. So I duly ordered Revain.com delivery to Philippines. Sent via DHL, it was with me in 6 days. Wonderful. BUT . Revain's truly horrible product description meant I ordered a product that was only rated for 110/120 VAC! SOMEWHERE in the description this is not mentioned. absolutely nowhere. Needless to say, the local voltage in the Philippines is 220 volts. so now i have a charger that i need a step down transformer for! . So I will never use it. Don't want to spend 40β¬ more to get it back. So I keep it for spare cable, bag etc.
