Disadvantage - the base is too small

Great idea - poorly implemented design. The base and accompanying neoprene pad are 5-7mm smaller. I have a pre-drilled stainless steel sink with standard hole cutouts. The base of this soap dispenser is so small that you cannot tighten it enough to prevent water from leaking around the base. The included seal slides to the side and lets water through. While the rest of the design is good, this is a pretty serious flaw. I only noticed after installation that the device was slightly tilted. After several leveling attempts, I realized that the problem was the size of the base and spacer, as they didn't provide enough overlap. When you tighten it to shut off the water coming in, the gasket will slip into the hole. This problem needs to be solved by either making the base larger (like in the block I installed earlier) or by making the gasket out of a stronger material that can warp when tightened. Anyone who has this installed should check for water leaks! The rest of the build is excellent - all hoses and check valves work well. But the lack of a pump base makes it useless.
