Great idea. The soap pump works great, looks great and installation was very quick and easy. Seriously, the installation took about 5 minutes. I bought a large jug of Costco liquid dish soap and boom, no refills until next year! i love this shop

Works at first but most importantly the threaded section is TOO SHORT if you have granite and plywood. I took my old one and hooked up a hose to it and it worked fine. YMMV. They give a lot of adapters so just pop them in a plastic bag and attach them to your soap dish just in case. They give an extra check valve, make sure you set the I in the right direction.

The hardest part of the install was removing the old unit. The length of the hose allows you to place the supply anywhere under the sink. I like that the nut holds it in place without installing a tool. A LOT of detergent is produced each time the pump is pressed. The top barely covers the hole in the sink but it does. This is my only complaint. They give you an extra check valve --- good. I offered it at a low price because I thought $25 was too much for a package with plastic parts.

You're not expecting much from the bag, but it turned out to be a great buy. The instructions are super tiny and require work, but anyone can figure it out. That works great. I had to pump about 30 times before I got the soap the first time because of the long hose, but it connected perfectly to the bottom of my Costco soap bottle and now I can get rid of my soap bottle. After hooking everything up, I couldn't get the soap to inflate the tube. I took it all apart again and saw a large crack/groove in the pump section. Luckily the tubing matched the old pump I had so I hooked it up to it. I emailed the company last week and haven't received a response from them yet. I don't think they care. I like the concept. One star away because it would be nice to use multiple spacers. My pre-drilled sink was too big. That being said, I have 2 tips for everyone. 1) Is the hole too big? - If the hole is too big for the grommets, just tighten without them. Then take some clear silicone and put a roller around the seam to seal it. Great idea - poorly implemented design. The base and accompanying neoprene pad are 5-7mm smaller. I have a pre-drilled stainless steel sink with standard hole cutouts. The base of this soap dispenser is so small that you cannot tighten it enough to prevent water from leaking around the base. The included seal slides to the side and lets water through.
