I love it because you can track your progress through various stages of an opportunity or lead with this tool as well! It's also easy to use when creating new opportunities from scratch so there is no confusion about what steps need taken next once you've created an opportunity. The reporting isn't great - sometimes takes time to load data which makes me think they're having some technical issues but not sure why? Don't get discouraged if things don't seem to be working right away though. Take your time getting used to how everything works before giving up completely. We are using triblio primarily as our prospecting tool however we have started bringing leads into other programs such as Salesforce where we will continue tracking them after being brought over here.
