I like that it is very simple to use, with no hidden fees or costs so far! It's also easy enough if someone who isn't super tech savvy can figure out how things work (but they should be able learn pretty quickly). The support team has been great as well - always quick at responding via email when there are questions about something we don’t quite understand yet but will look into further once an issue arises later down in our process flow/pipeline of tasks etc., which helps us feel more comfortable using this software going forward instead of constantly having issues without knowing what caused them initially since everything was working fine before hand until one day all these errors started showing up from nowhere!!
