Mad that this is clearly a used product but overall a great camera.

First of all I'm sorry my video isn't the greatest. I wanted to show some information about the camera that I couldn't find in the current reviews here, but I'm not the best speaker. Day 1 review (I'll only update if something goes wrong): EXTREMELY disappointed to see the camera clearly being used. If I wanted a used camera, I would pay a cheaper price for a used one. The box was torn and everything inside was pretty dirty. The sticky part covering the camera was barely sticky and there was dust and dirt underneath. Be wary of the fact that I am far from the only person who has checked this and stated that they clearly received a used product. StreamCam itself. Fiction. I suggest downloading the Logitech Capture software to get the most out of the camera, although I had to make very small adjustments. The only light I have directly on me is my monitor and I find the camera looks really good with and without a bright desktop. The built-in camera mic doesn't actually sound bad when you need to use it, and I'd compare it to some of the "cheaper" gaming headsets I've bought. Overall, I am very satisfied with the camera itself, but I am absolutely annoyed that a used product was sent to me. To be clear, no tripod is included. There is also no data protection associated with it. Personally, I bought a stand that rotates and slides. In my video review, I place the camera directly behind the monitor to give an idea of the field of view.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • I'm nervous
