I like that we have been able to add new features as needed without having to wait months or years for them from other vendors - it's really helped in our ability to serve customers better! We've had some minor issues but nothing too serious (hopefully).

The fact that they're constantly adding functionality keeps us excited because there will be something new when someone requests support which makes things easier at times. It would help if they did more tutorials online so people could see what was possible before signing up. A powerful system that has given me peace of mind knowing my employees can't go into public places while they aren't feeling 100%.
