does it have simple modification to make it work. Earlier LS engines used a single pin oil cap to engage the oil cap and this angle adapter was designed for this single pin style. L86 uses two pins and the cap side of this adapter only has one pin, but the original two pin cap fits great as it is an o-ring and the diameter is exactly the same. To fit this adapter to the motor I used a utility knife to cut some of the plastic on the motor side of the adapter to leave the second pin. You can also cut off the second pin on the plastic part of the motor, but I wanted to leave it intact.
