I used them for my kitchen chairs which are mostly rectangular but have a slight curve at the bottom. So far I have used felt pads on the bottom but the felt pads have literally worn out and one of the chairs has started scratching the hardwood floors. So I decided to buy these because I thought I would put them on my feet. I measured my feet before ordering these pieces and thought they would fit. It would have been just a minor setback. There is a great deal of wiggle room though as they each have slots down the side of each wall, I assume they will accommodate thicker legs. And that makes her very free. Since installing them a week ago, I only get on my hands and knees at least twice a day to pick up loose chair leg covers and put them back on the chair leg. And god forbid, if someone tries to lift a real chair, the covers just fall off completely. It's so free. I can't return them due to the return policy. So I stuck with them. They also don't match my dining room chairs, so I don't really need them. I'll just put them in a shoe box and wait sometime in the future. But considering I've had my kitchen and dinnerware for about 18 years now, I don't know how long I really have to wait.
