Very impressed with the usefulness and it saves me money!
This battery tester has already paid for itself. I bought 2 used batteries from a junkyard and this tester gave me the remaining battery life. Sometimes a battery looks new but has high internal resistance, which means the battery is worn out. As you can see, one battery was rated for 100% CCA and the second battery was rated for 84%. This device also tests the starting and charging systems. One of my devices was found to be charging at a higher voltage than recommended and I will be keeping an eye on it. I have a different brand tester that gave me different readings each time, and that got me thinking. This block matches his findings and I trust him more. I am new to TopDon products and am very impressed with this unit. Look at this little guy.
