Super soft! It’s adjustable and it really helps me sleep at night! I prefer to sleep in a "blackout” environment and this definitely does the job especially when I use them along with my blackout curtains! I like to wear it very loosely because I don’t like the feeling of having a lot of pressure on my eyes. Because of it, they do fall off, but I don’t mind because I’m already asleep by then and don’t even notice they fell off.
