With NALT you can focus, enjoy life more and do more.

The first time I took NALT with B vitamins on an empty stomach. I immediately felt a surge of dopamine in my brain. Works fast. I found that I'm also very sociable, all my jokes came across perfectly, and I had increased motivation and a positive attitude. Many of these are classic symptoms of high dopamine levels. SIDE EFFECTS AND DOSAGE As I took NALT every morning, my insomnia progressed. Because my brain was loaded with dopamine faster than it could use and break it down. Thus, this accumulation of dopamine leads to insomnia. I could only sleep 5 hours. But I would still feel very rested when I woke up. Too much dopamine disrupts the serotonin/melatonin system, resulting in less sleep. Therefore, I recommend taking NALT a maximum of 3 times per week! And this only if you have low dopamine activity in the brain (ADHD, depression with BPD, depression, Parkinson's disease, etc.). If you have a neurotypical brain, take it twice a week. And you are great. Do not take NALT with protein. Because these amino acids compete in the brain for the same carriers. You want NALT (tyrosine) to utilize all transporters to maximize dopamine production.
