This is a FOMOCO part, its design is slightly different than that on the car. This is slightly larger and has a ventilation opening at the top. There was a P0401 code, everything else checked, it could be bought that way, cleared the code and the car runs better, more power! To get the old one, remove the connector and then twist the entire module back and forth to loosen the hose. Mine broke in the process, I think the plastic was heat aged. It crumbled to dust as I pulled the nipples out of the hoses! Hit all armored hoses if you reuse them, they're good hoses so reuse them if you can, they should be heat resistant if you replace them!
