I bought this router and the MA401 wireless card for my laptop. It was pretty easy to set everything up. After 10 minutes I was already enjoying my wireless network. But after a few hours my wireless connection suddenly dropped and my internet access on my laptop was denied. I tried restarting the machine and reconfiguring the network. but nothing happened. I called customer service. They told me to change some configurations and it worked. But the next day the problem came back. It went like this for a whole week. And every time I called them, they told me to do something that seemed to solve the problem. But every time he came back. Everything has become so annoying and frustrating now. I just wanted to return the item. The last time I called them when this problem reappeared, they told me to upload a new firmware to the router. And bam, that solved all the problems. Their customer service is polite, pleasant and competent. But I just don't understand why I wasn't told right away to update the firmware. Now I'm happy again after all the pain I've been through. So be prepared for a lot of trouble if you decide to buy this router. And if you know what you're doing with your computer like I do, before they keep giving you junk solutions, ask them for new firmware. The rest of the product is great. Easy and quick to use.
