Bought a large so they are comfortable. They are long enough for me to reach.
Finally. I'm 5'4, 145 lbs, bought a large so they are comfortable. They're long enough that I can go to the gym and not worry about my butt sticking out. There is no rope but I lowered the top once and they don't fall. Super happy with them.
