I like that it's easy to use, even if you're not tech savvy. The platform works great with my ERP software so any issues are picked up by our team immediately as they come across them in production or accounting. There aren't many features out of the box but can be worked around easily enough. For example - we wanted an option between 'Calculating' a bid vs waiting until after receipt had been confirmed before calculating bids which was too difficult using their default configuration. It took us only about 15 minutes to implement some custom javascript code to fix this issue without needing external plugins/software such as 3D Hubs etc (which cost money). Using our own ERP integration makes quoting much easier than having multiple suppliers with different systems where each one may have its quirks. The ease of use, how quickly I can get quotes without having to go through many steps or send out multiple emails to different people. It would be nice if you could add in more options like price match/best offer etc. Also it would be great if there was an option that let's me upload my own logo so that they don't have to make one up themselves which sometimes looks really bad. We are able to easily find suppliers with our products we sell and then compare their prices against each other.
