I like that it's easy to use, even if you're not tech savvy. The platform works great with my ERP software so any issues are picked up by our team immediately as they come across them in production or accounting. It's super easy to use! And it has great features like being able to link directly from your website, integrate with accounting software such as QuickBooks Online or Sage 50 Pro etc., so that you don't have to sync separate data sets in order to do an accurate calculation of what needs invoicing out each month. The only thing I dislike about this product/service are their high prices; they charge quite heavily per user account compared to other similar products around at these price points.…

I like that it's easy to navigate, quick quotes turnaround time, ability to customize reports as needed. There are some things about this software we wish could be improved upon but they have been working hard at improving their product over the past couple years so there should hopefully not too many issues in future upgrades.
