I started using these nursing pads because I was tired of constantly going through disposable boxes. I'm breastfeeding twins so my milk production is pretty high and sometimes disposables have seemed to fill up SUPER fast or stop accommodating after a certain point. Some disposables have also given me an odd tingling/burning/uncomfortable sensation that I don't feel at all when using them. The laundry bag is also very convenient for storage and washing. The only downside I've noticed is that they are highly visible under clothing compared to other brands of disposable pads and can be a bit of a distraction from a great outfit, but I've found that when I'm REALLY getting dressed for something have to, I can wear them under a regular padded bra to make it a little more discreet.
