I've read a number of reviews and it seems many had problems with matching holes during fitting. I was definitely concerned but decided to buy it despite these reviews. I'm not sure if others have received a defective product, but everything worked perfectly for me. I followed the instructions and it only took me about 20 minutes to assemble it by myself. The skin is soft, gray color as in the photo, the design is modern. There were a few scuffs on the chrome portion of one armrest and a few tiny dents in the base where the chair's pumping mechanism fits into the base, but nothing too noticeable. The chair doesn't go as deep as I would like as I'm a petite woman but that doesn't bother me. The seat is a little firmer than I'm used to, but comfortable overall. This is a stylish, high quality chair at a very affordable price. I love it.
