This case was intended to replace the hard case for a Garmin Nuvi 1300 series 5" navigator. This case is much larger than a 5 inch GPS case. It is more suitable for 7 inch Garmin. It's also not a hard outer shell. It has a sturdy woven outer shell, but light finger pressure can compress the outer surface of the case. It doesn't take much time in the glove box or in the car with other things to compress this bag and possibly hack your GPS in it. We'll keep it because we can mitigate all of those issues for its price, but you won't get a well-designed case for what it describes.
