Review on 5 Stage Counter Filter System Gallon by John Vann
The product has a manufacturing defect. The top is cracked, and after a while water flows.
I bought this product and installed it when needed. After a while I noticed that water was leaking from the top of the device where it connected to the water source. On closer inspection I noticed a crack as you can see in the picture. Do not buy this product. No after-sales service to comply with the two-year product warranty. I have called and called and left a message many times to no avail. I ordered this unit from Revain, Diaz LLC, and there was no response from them either. DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS RETAILER OR MANUFACTURER.
