I like that the dashboard is very easy to understand and navigate. The system is easy to use and has a lot of customization options. I also like that it is very easy to make changes and add new features. I don't like that the system is a little buggy at times and I have to do some digging to find out how to do some things. I also do not like the fact that I can't delete an individual lead. I would like to be able to delete a lead after it has been assigned to a specific team member.
