Generally suitable for stereo microscopes

The power switch is on the back - somewhat impractical. When the switch is on, the fan runs and makes noise. It's a bit noisy to me so I turned it off instead of using the front knob to regulate the light. And most importantly, the light is a little dim for our microscope. Lots of room for improvement.
