Bad business ethics and product not working

I bought this product to fix my wife's Audi Avant. I bought the iCarsoft brand because the i930 I previously bought for my Range Rover works so well. There was an error. Doesn't work with my Audi. I spent three weeks with iCarsoft tech support trying to get it working and after several failed software and firmware updates I was told I would have to sell their faulty hardware on the private market and buy their more expensive hardware. . This was a despicable offer to me and I will sell the models of their products that I have and give them to another brand.
