It may have been the box I received but the small package of nuts or screws was missing. I had to use nuts and bolts from a broken assembly that you remove from the car. So there is a threaded bolt hole at the top of the slider in the original OEM part, so I had the bolt from the defective part. This Dorman part has a threaded stud at the top of the stud. There were no problems with the threaded bolt, except that I didn't have a nut to put on it. And that's a metric. I had to go to local ACE Hardware and pay $0.55 for a metric nut that would fit the stud before I could complete the installation. Dorman says they reconstructed the part. And in this case, they definitely did. They replaced the threaded hole with a threaded bolt. Plugged in and it works, but you'd better have your own metric nut or you'll have to drive to local hardware as well.
