Spreads cold hard butter
For years I've been looking for something to spread hard butter other than taking a quarter pound of butter and rubbing it on my toast. Firm butter with a "buttered" knife tears the toast. The stainless steel butter spreader also shredded the roast beef with a slight tug and pull. My wife loves it. That's really enough for me.
