My SUP Classic is perfect for towing my 10ft SUP to the beach 5 blocks away. It's easy to slide the board in and I love the simplicity of how it attaches to the bike seat. When the plastic buckle attaching the nose net to the axle strap broke, I contacted SUP Wheels. They were very responsive and sent me a new net/belt set free of charge. They then emailed to ask if everything was working fine. You don't get that kind of customer service very often these days. Much appreciated - and a very used product.
