The Discover D312U is a great headset for those looking for a simple plug and play USB headset solution. I've been using this headset for just over 2 weeks for every call I've received during work hours and I have to say it's very comfortable. After a long time, your ears might need a rest, but that's to be expected with almost any headset. This has to be one of the easiest headsets I've ever used when it comes to setup. You just plug it in and it works. I use a Chromebook for day to day operations and this headset works like a charm. The sound quality is excellent, I can hear calls very clearly and the adjustable volume control and mute button allow me to quickly increase or decrease the volume as needed, as well as mute the microphone and/or speaker. The mic boom is also EXTREMELY adjustable and flexible, which is nice as you can easily reposition the headset at any time for optimal sound quality and clarity. I've used this headset occasionally for Zoom, Ringcentral, Spotify and watching tutorial videos for work and every app worked flawlessly. My computer had no problem detecting the headset and the only configuration I had to do was select it as speaker and microphone in the sound settings. The construction of the headset is also very good, it has an adjustable headband as well as a very solid construction that feels premium which is great, especially considering the price. As someone who makes a lot of calls on a daily basis, I would recommend this headset.
