The customer service provided by CM was excellent, they were always available to help with any queries that we had during our implementation project as well providing support for all aspects post go live! There wasn't anything I disliked about working through them but there could have been more training given before going into production environment so would be good if another member from their team gives feedback like this? Their after sales services also need improving further still - not enough follow ups or calls back etc when issues do arise which can sometimes lead down very long winded paths (weeks/months) trying resolve these problems!! Excellent business partner throughout my role within CMC's projects at both client side & agency level across multiple large scale B2B SSP deployments.
