Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing encounter with TOOLCY's online store. Although the website was simple to use, ordering was a difficult procedure. The product selection was not as broad as I had hoped, and the quality of the items I got was subpar. The goods did not live up to their claims, so the descriptions and reviews were false. Due to the slow shipping and inadequate packing, the goods were damaged when they arrived. The return process was difficult, with lengthy wait times and unhelpful customer service representatives, which only served to make things worse. In conclusion, I would not suggest TOOLCY's online shop as a trustworthy source for high-quality outdoor gear.
