I would recommend going to the company's website for a more accurate sizing - as someone noted it seems thin but likely as it is 80% (according to their duck down) is my main product. The problem with this (probably like most down vests) is that the feathers pop out. So the next vest I will most likely choose with nylon padding, otherwise the price for it is very good,
