I love the SFH brand - ingredients so pure and natural you don't typically find them in pre-workout/protein products, but they kick me in about 20 minutes after drinking this weird tingling all over body. I know it has to do with the specific ingredient they use, but I don't remember which one. I started using half a pack or even 1/4 and it made a huge difference. I still get the energy I need without the tingling which is very uncomfortable and strange for me. Highly recommended!
