This item allows you to change the camber of each side of the front separately, which the factory setting does not allow. If you're having alignment issues and need to do this tweak (which is unlikely), they theoretically work EXCEPT they can't be tweaked or customized after installation. So if you're looking to use them to set the camber properly on your slightly damaged truck, good luck knowing exactly how much to adjust to solve your problem! The item itself is a good product but I don't see that the machine doesn't tell you exactly what needs fixing and how to install them effectively. Also when I returned them I only got $115 refunded when I paid over $140 for 2 of them!
