Very helpful! for accessories

Very useful! Easily attaches to my glasses. However, it's almost too heavy for them and can cause them to slip off my nose, other than wearing them with a helmet and the helmet straps help hold them in place. The mirror is very easy to adjust. It also makes it easy to take them off your glasses, adjust the mirror to be flat, and slip them in your pocket or bag. It took me a little time to learn how to use it properly. I get a little nervous because sometimes I'm so focused on what's behind me that I don't pay enough attention to what's ahead, but I've been using it for months without incident. It is especially useful for me to know if a =second= car will pass me. As a cyclist, I usually hear the sound of the first car and make sure to pull to the side. The risk is that I don't realize a second car is following her and I roll back onto the road. With this mirror I can know when it's going to happen. The presence of a mirror also reduces the number of "false alarms" when I hear the sound of the car, but at an intersection, for example. This allows me to drive in the middle of the lane much more safely on roads with little traffic. Glasses. Alignment Tip: Adjust the mirror so you can only see the edge of your head and the top of your shoulder. One more note: when driving uphill, I sometimes lower my head. If I do this in the mirror, a street lamp can blind me at night or the sun during the day.
