Review on Rock RMS by Phillip Johnson

I like that there are many different modules available to customize your website as you need it! The customer service is also very helpful when working with them via email or live chat (even though they do not offer phone support). Sometimes their system can be slow at loading pages but this seems minor in comparison of other issues we have had using rock rms over time. We use rokr ms primarily because our church has been able solve all its needs through one platform since day 1 - from membership management/membership renewal process right down to event registration & payments. It makes things so much easier than having multiple platforms which could lead into confusion if someone were trying to login etc while another person was logged out due to being away during an online meeting session for example. Also helps keep everything centralized instead of spread across several systems meaning less work for us admins :) Our main goal here is just keeping members.
