I like that it is easy to use and can be customized as needed. It has some great features such as allowing multiple people to edit at once which makes collaboration easier than other programs out there. The ease of use was one thing that I really liked about this system. It's not as difficult to navigate as some other systems are, but still has all of the features you need to be successful in your church or ministry. There is no way to get rid of old members or people who have left without having to delete them from our database. The best thing about rms is their support team; they are constantly listening to how users would want things improved upon in order to be more user friendly for everyone who uses it.
